Set yourself in the gallery of thousands around a small green with the pin tucked back to the right. Parker Loera is 115 yards away with a wedge in hand, going right at the pin.

Parker has been a starter on the varsity golf team since his sophomore year and has been a key piece in the team's success.

Along with golf, Parker has been wrestling all his life and is a part of the team at BPHS.

The 138 pounder is a sports enthusiast that loves his home town teams. His favorite football player is Big Ben.

Parker would love to be able to teleport if he had a choice of superpower, and his survival kit would include a knife, fishing rod, and a water jug if he were stranded on an island.

The second-year journalist loves to spend time with his family, golfing on the weekends with his dad and brother. His favorite restaurant is home, with Mrs. Loera as head chef.

Parker is excited for his sophomore season of writing for the Hawk Eye, and he looks forward to bringing his knowledge of sports and love for life to the student body.
