It’s Homecoming Week at BPHS

A slew of activities– Powderpuff, parade, football game, and dance– marks the annual Homecoming Week at BPHS.

Monday was Black and White or Old Movie Day, Tuesday was Twin Day, and Wednesday continues with Disney Day. Thursday is Socks and Sandals Day and lastly, Friday is Black and Orange Day.

This year’s homecoming court nominees for the boys are John Gummo, Anthony Chiccitt, Brian Torles, Alex Brownfield, Parker Loera, and Mark Vighetti. The nominees for the girls are Alexis Kiesling, Marissa Haun, Peyton Miller, Olivia Greene, Terryn Ross, and Annette Barnhart. Seniors can vote on Wednesday during school hours via a Google Form that will be sent out.

The spirt assembly, originally planned for Friday, Sept. 20, will be on Thursday, Sept. 26.

The game on Friday will kick off with the annual parade and tailgate. The parade will approximately start at 6 p.m. The game against Moon is a “Purple Out” and will kick-off at 7:30 p.m. At halftime, the homecoming court will be announced.

Lastly, Homecoming Week will close out with the dance from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. on Saturday. The theme is Old Hollywood.
