The cafeteria always has a list of main foods they have for every day of the week. On Wednesday, they feature General Tso’s with an egg roll.

BPHS student Luke Surunis claims, ¨If you don’t like General Tso here at school, you need to be checked.¨

The sweet, sour, spicy and savory flavor of the chicken truly makes it incomparable to the other school lunches.

In addition, General Tso’s features the option of broccoli or an egg roll. The broccoli balances the overpowering of chicken in the dish. Also, the egg roll is the icing on the cake.

If you have never tried General Tso’s here at school, I suggest you try it. You won’t regret it one bit and you might find yourself looking forward to Wednesday.
