Have you ever walked into school and thought you were seeing double? Well... there's a good chance you just saw one of the Ellsworth twins. Kaitlyn Ellsworth, the younger of the twins (but only by eight minutes), is now adding one more thing to her ever-growing list of activities.

Kaitlyn is known for being involved in everything she has time for, and then some. She holds the positions of NHS Secretary and Ways And Means Vice President. Additionally, she is involved in PACS, dance, orchestra, youth group, and the Buddy Program.

You can catch Kaitlyn every Friday night cheering on the Black Hawks from the band section of the stadium because she's been involved in Bethettes for the past three years. Kaitlyn said, "It's super fun when we're marching in parades and the audience comments on our shakers and tassels. I love being part of this tradition."

After Kaitlyn graduates this year, she hopes to continue her education at Seton Hill University to study early childhood/special education. She's planned to be a teacher since she was six years old, and hasn't changed her mind since. College will be something completely different than ever before for Kaitlyn because it will be the first time she will be away from her twin sister, Maura.

When asked why she joined Hawk Eye, Kaitlyn responded that English has always been her favorite academic subject, and this class would be a great class to take to further her knowledge, and would help her in her future.

Between all of her activities, Kaitlyn somehow manages to spend time with her friends and family. She had a hard time picking a favorite restaurant so she chose four instead and they include Pasta Too, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, and Houlihan's.

When asked if she was excited to finish high school, Kaitlyn replied "It's really bittersweet. I've wanted to be a teacher my whole life so I'm excited to start that part of my life, but I'm sad this chapter is coming to an end."

Kaitlyn's dedication to the things she cares about will get her far in the future and get her far in Hawk Eye as well.
