Emma's passion in life is to escape the matrix and find her inner peace. She is also very passionate about being a good person and a good friend.  Emma is a junior at BPHS who is 16 years old. She enjoys hanging out with her friends and pets in her free time away from school.

Emma has a German Shepherd named Koda and a little kitty named Malcolm. Emma named her Kitty Malcolm after the late Mac Miller who is her favorite artist of all time. Emma fell in love with the artist at a really young age due to her older brother. Emma and her older brother will always have a connection over Mac Miller's music which is very special to her.

Emma is inspired by Bob Marley due to his kind soul. She loves the positivity his aura radiates, and she aspires to be like that. Bob Marley's song "Don't Worry be Happy" inspires Emma the most because it reminds her no matter what bad thing happens you can always push through.

Emma took journalism for her love of writing, she is also thinking of maybe pursuing journalism after high school. Emma's after-high school plans are to travel the world and really enjoy and experience life. Emma's dream job is to become a famous fashion designer.

"I would want to be as big as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, etc., she said.

Emma is very excited to write for the newspaper and all the upcoming projects this year in journalism.
