Hailing from our hometown of Bethel Park, Matthew Scabilloni is a senior at BPHS.  This is his first year taking the Journalism class.

Matt was asked why he took Journalism, and he said: “I wouldn’t mind being a sports journalist whenever I’m older and I want to get good at it so this is the best way to do it.”

Outside of school, you will find Matt working at Hello Bistro and also working out at the YMCA.

Everyone be sure to stop into Hello Bistro and order some food and Matt will be your server!

Matt was also asked what he would be contributing to the school newspaper this year and he said: “Sports articles if that’s available or opinion to state what I believe in.”

After high school, Matt plans on getting a business degree at the University of Pittsburgh; in addition to that, he would also like to minor in Sports Journalism and also hopes to become a realtor sometime in the future.
