The Black Hawks are going into the WPIAL playoffs with a record of 8-8 as the No. 14 seed. They are facing the No. 3 seed in the Hempfield Area Spartans who have a record of 13-1.

The first serve between these two teams is Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. at Hempfield Area High School.

This game will be a challenge for the Black Hawks, but they still have a chance to come out with the upset. The Black Hawks are coming into this game with some confidence after beating the Fox Chapel Foxes 3-0 on Friday’s senior night game.

For the Black Hawks to win this game, it is vitally essential for them to pass well and be aggressive when hitting because when they have done that during the regular season, they have shown the potential to beat a lot of the teams in the WPIAL.

Good luck to the Black Hawks in their playoff game. Let’s go Hawks!
