Starting with the 2015-2016 school year, all Bethel Park schools will transition from the existing online program, Edline, to a new program, Sungard eSchoolPLUS, to keep track of attendance, grades, and other important information.

In order to login to Sungard, all district parents should receive an email from Sungard containing information about the new login procedure. If no email is received from Sungard by August 3, contact ALL of the schools in which your children are in attendance. Be sure to contact all of the schools, as the administration at each school only has access to the records of the students at that specific school.

If you currently do not have an email on record with the school district, be sure to contact the district and put an email address on file for your family. Contact information for the administration offices of each school is available on the school district website here.

Sungard eSchoolPLUS provides many more features than Edline. Among these features are: Smart Notifications to provide medical, behavioral, and grade updates, Daily Summaries about everything from schedules and attendance to homework and grades, Smart Class Scheduling to allow electronic course selection and graduation requirements, and email updates when anything changes.

This program change will allow for more efficient communication between the school, parents, and students.
