Bethel Park is now allowing ads on their website. Vicki Flotta said they will be providing advertisements on their website, and they will be recognized companies.

The board members had a meeting scheduled September 23 because they had to approve an offer from EDGEclick Network.

The amount of payment the district will get from the ads depends on the number of views the notices collect. They expect the amount will be between $15,000 and $20,000 a year.

The school district can approve and disapprove of any announcement. They have full control over the ads. The advertisements will be targeted to students’ parents.

The earnings will go to the district’s communication budgets and the district will be seeing great improvement with financial orders.
