This is the score Ana hears while she moves across the tennis court with grace. Ana's quick on her feet and smashes the ball at her opponent.

Ana is on the JV tennis team and loves the thrill of winning. For being only a sophomore in high school, she loves to get involved and help out at school.

After a long day of tennis and school, Ana, a sophomore, enjoys kicking it back at home with her 13-year-old sister, Nadia.

She also makes it a priority to practice her violin; so if you hear the beautiful sounds of a violin emerging out of the strings room, just know it's Ana. Ana has been playing for six years and continues to do so.

With all the stress school causes, a dream vacation for Ana would be in Venice, Italy. She finds great interest in the culture there, would love to explore the history, and plans on eating as many cuisines as she can.

Ana is very excited to take Journalism and find out more about it. She plans on bringing good info to the paper and hopes to write articles about news and opinions. Not only that, but post-high school, she aspires to major in English. Ana's a dedicated student and will be a great addition to the Hawk Eye.
