On Monday, Sept. 23, the girls varsity soccer team honored seniors Meghan Mathias, Tianna Torles, Molly Hoffman, Sophia Galietta, Harley Vincler, and Abby DeLallo. They were honored for their dedication and accomplishments on and off the field. To add on to their celebrations, they put their best foot forward and pulled off a spectacular 9-1 win over Baldwin.

An amazing haul was brought in for the Lady Hawks by the sophomore Lily Gaston. In addition to Gaston’s four goals, she achieved three assists.

Senior Meghan Mathias scored two goals. Seniors Tianna Torles and Molly Hoffman earned a goal apiece.

Junior Olivia Schram had both a goal and an assist.

Sophomores Macy Mathias, Meghan Erfort, and Julie Heh got an assist apiece.

JV also won their game, beating Baldwin’s team 1-0. Meghan Erfort pulled off the lone goal for the Hawks.

The Lady Hawks (3-5, 5-5) will look to continue their winning streak on Thursday against Peters Township (6-0-1, 9-0-1) at 7:45 p.m. JV plays at 6:15. Playoffs are just around the corner, Hawks!!!
