Jack Edner

Jack Edner, Staff Writer

In his second year working in the newspaper, junior Jack Edner brings a special set of skills to the table. When he’s not pitching for the varsity baseball team or doing presidential work, Jack can be seen helping his fellow classmates in school, going bowling with the boys, or naming every U.S. president ever.

During freshman year, Jack took journalism, and when asked what he’s expecting this year, he said, “I’m expecting more than my first year because of Covid and now I can write about more sporting events.”

Jack is a hard-working student and class president. Mr. Edner is taking on the challenge of five AP classes this year along with working on the newspaper and yearbook. Jack, who was elected class president last spring, plans to make our high school a better place for everyone. He brings more than just a charming face to SGA.

When asked about who inspires him he said, “Myself because there is nobody else like me.” If you know him personally you know this is true.

After high school, Jack plans to play college baseball at a good school. He later wants to become the President of the United States.

Keep an eye out for President Jack Edner in school, he might change your life.
