After a disappointing 4-1 loss against the Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday night, the 5X time Stanley Cup Champions Pittsburgh Penguins will conclude their home-at-home series against the Detroit Red Wings on Thursday, April 4 at 7 p.m. at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh.

The Red Wings are just finishing up a home-at-home series with the Pittsburgh Penguins that began in Detroit on Tuesday, April 2, in which Detroit won that game by the score of 4-1.

The Red Wings are now 32-38-10 and are in sixth place in the Atlantic Division.

The Penguins are now 43-26-11 and are in third place in the Metropolitan Division.

When Thursday night comes around, The Penguins and Red Wings will meet for the third time and final time this season. These two teams last played in Detroit in which Detroit by the score of 4-1.

Even though Penguins still have injuries to Kris Letang, Zach Aston Reese, Evgeni Malkin, Brian Dumoulin, and Chad Ruhwedel, it should be an entertaining game Thursday night in Pittsburgh as the Penguins have another chance to clinch a playoff for the 13th consecutive season and to move two points and be tied with the New York Islanders and to move three points behind the Metropolitan Division leaders Washington Capitals and inch closer to winning the greatest trophy in all of sports, the STANLEY CUP.
