Lady Hawks begin a streak

The Lady Hawks basketball team defeated the Lady Blue Devils 44-33 in the Devils’ Den Thursday night.
The Lady Hawks beat Lebo at their court for the first time in 15 seasons last year, and they began a streak last night by beating them there once again.
Junior forward Maddie Dziezgowski was the leading scorer with 20 points.
Junior point guard Lauren Mullen said, “It was a great team win for us against a tough team, and we have to continue to play the way we have been as we continue our section play.”
The Lady Hawks are off until December 27, when they take on Seton La-Salle in the Bethel Park Christmas Tournament. Make sure to come and support the Lady Hawks basketball team over Christmas break, as they hope to add on another win to their now 6-0 record.
