Drama Club brings humor to the winter season
Drama Club performed its Winter Show on December 18 in the LGI Room. Admittance was $2, and profits went to Animal Friends. $170 was raised.
The performance was full of jokes that included some jabs at a certain Republican presidential candidate.
In addition, there were some comments about “dank memes,” and there was a short parody of the Mean Girls’ “Jingle Bell Rock” dance that featured three freshmen boys.
This performance was the first of the Drama Club’s annual Winter Shows.
When asked about future shows, Mr. Nagel, the drama club teacher, said, “We will most likely have some kind spring show done in the same vein as the holiday show–jokes, scenes, and monologues. ”
Participation in Drama Club is open to any interested students.
