Student Art of the Week: Christina Bioni’s neon sign
Christina Bioni is a senior and expert at crafting her artwork. Bioni looks up to her teacher Mr. Wallisch for inspiration to create her work. She will be attending school for her pathway into architecture.
Bioni’s painting she created is a neon sign made from tempera paints. Her favorite part of this piece is how it stands out and how the pops of color in it create the neon. Bioni patiently and precisely worked at this project for a month. The word “Rush” on her painting stands for Bioni’s favorite band.
