After two straight but close losses, the Lady Hawks were looking to right the ship.
This chance came Monday night when the girls traveled to Norwin for a section game.
In the end, the Lady Hawks didn’t just win but shut out the Knights, 3-0.
They played Norwin back in August and overcame them with a final score of 4-2.
The game on this chilled night started off right with a bang, with a goal from Grace Ferency, assisted by Emma Impellicceiri in the first nine minutes.
The girls got through the rest of the game with ease, due to the amazing goalkeeping and defense provided by Sam Shields, Lexi Tekulve, Sydney Felicetti, Artemis Conaboy, and Alex Francus.
Other goals scored during the game were made by Keira Mehalko and Callee DalBon.
Next up for the Lady Hawks is when they play host to Peters Township Wednesday night. The girls hope to seek redemption after their 4-1 loss to them in August.
