Join the Bethel Park community for the annual Arts Fest & STEAM Expo on April 25

The annual Arts Fest & STEAM Expo is from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 25. This event honors and celebrates all the talents and creativity of Bethel Park students. There will also be interactive activities for all ages.

There will be a wide variety of activities showcasing student talent across the art and STEAM programs at BPHS, including:

• Student art gallery and artwork available for purchase
• Ceramic demonstrations
• Face painting, origami, and balloon animals
• Sketching and pin-making stations
• Giant kaleidoscope and floating glow art
• Live music performances
• Cotton candy and other fun attractions

Many people are encouraged to bring an old T-shirt or reusable cloth bag to participate in a hands-on screen printing led by BPHS technology education students.

This is a wonderful opportunity to see students’ work on display and experience what they work on every day with their creativity. The event is free of charge and open to the entire community!

Past festivals included “silk screening, ceramic wheel demos, live painting demos, button making, face painting, Rubik’s Cube tricks and tips, henna tattoos, 3D printing demos, and a collaborative mural.”
