BPHS Presents: Courtyard Cinema
BPHS is planning on presenting a film festival later on in the school year and will be inviting schools from all around the area. These schools include: Peters Township, Mount Lebanon, Upper Saint Clair, Baldwin, Seton-LaSalle, South Fayette, Canon McMillan, Keystone Oaks, Central and Oakland Catholic, Sewickley Academy, Shadyside Academy and Moon Township.
Although there is not much that is guaranteed about the event, there are a few things that are.
First of all, videos must be from 4 to 7 minutes long.
Submission forms will be put out on March 1st, and are due on May 1st along with the videos.
The festival is reported to be on May 26th and will be held in the courtyard unless there is a problem with materials or weather. In these cases, it will most likely be held in the auditorium.
Judges are yet to be decided. There is also word going around that there may be food trucks, but this is unconfirmed.
Flyers are yet to be released, but being worked on.
The website for the festival will soon be CourtyardCinema.org. An update will be made available when this is official.
Start working on your films and make sure to submit them by the due date of May 1st!
