Surely everyone has seen the endless months of construction work being done to the old Bladerunners building off of Black Hawk Drive.

Soon, on May 1st, the community will be invited to see the big reveal of the Spencer Family YMCA.

This Grand Opening will feature a ceremony to open the newly renovated and renamed facility.

The Spencer Family YMCA includes:

• Indoor aquatic center with lap pool and recreational pool
• Wellness Center with brand new state-of the art equipment
• Multi-use Sports Court
• Three large group exercise rooms including a spin room
• Child Watch while you workout

Along with these additions, an ice rink has been kept on the right side of the building. All of these additions aim to benefit the members of the community including the high school students.

Memberships will be offered at the grand opening and are also available online.
