High school. It’s the fours years you probably learn and grow the most. But, not without some speed bumps along the way. Here are a few helpful things that I learned in high school that will help me for the rest of my life.

  1. Don’t Procrastinate- This is a hard one, but it really pays off. I, myself, am a victim of procrastination. What you can do to help avoid procrastinating is to study a little bit every night so you don’t have to cram it all it the night before.
  2. Try Your Best- In high school, you are bound to encounter a subject/idea you aren’t necessarily great at, and that is perfectly okay, as long as you are trying your best and putting 100% effort into everything you do.
  3. Take a breath- High school can be extremely stressful, so it is vital to take some time out of your day to relax and check in on yourself.
