Molly’s Musings: Rain or no rain, just take the bus

Do you ever wake up to the sound of rain pitter-pattering on your window?

You’d probably rather stay home and sleep to the peaceful sound rather than wake up and get ready for school–who doesn’t?

Your mom and dad have to get up for work, so they offer to take you to school so you don’t have to chance getting rained on while waiting for the bus.

However, when everyone chooses to get driven to school that day, it causes traffic in the front entrance, making people annoyed, mad, and sometimes even late.

When asked about his frustration toward the subject, Mr. Luke Modrak stated, “Your body is made predominantly of water. Take the bus.”

There is nothing wrong with getting driven to school, but I think we can all agree that your hair will be fine and your makeup won’t run down your face, if you have proper protection. Umbrellas, coats, boots, etc. are very useful for rainy days, especially when taking the bus.

Maybe even carpool with a friend who drives to school.

Or, take the bus.
