Flashback to 2013. You most likely picture hashtags, selfies, and Miley Cyrus’ MTV Movie Award performance. You may also remember a game that includes colorful candies and cool patterns. That game was Candy Crush.

Candy Crush is a match three puzzle game. The purpose is to match candies of the same color to receive points and pass levels.

When released, the game took the world by storm. After a year it fell off the map.

Recently, there has been a jump in the use of Candy Crush. Although not as popular is it first was, more and more people are re-downloading the game.

Senior Katie Fertig said, “I used to play it and it was really fun but I deleted it. I recently downloaded it again a d realized how much fun it was.”

Candy Crush is making a comeback and people are excited!
