What’s the best place in the South Hills to go for wings? The Trolley Stop Inn, of course. Every Monday and Saturday is “wing night at The Trolley” as the locals say, and they’re only 39¢ a piece. Even better, on February 3, 2013, Super Bowl Sunday, The Trolley Stop Inn, as previously advertised, will offer all you can eat wings for $11.99.
Where to begin? is a hard question to answer, for there are so many things that make The Trolley Stop Inn differ from all else, in regards to wings. First off, The Trolley is the only wing serving restaurant in the South Hills who serves garlic Parmesan flavored wings. Speaking from personal experience, considering that I love garlic Parmesan so much, I’ve attended wing nights at other restaurants and not a one has been able to pull off that flavoring successfully, as much I wish that they did.
Aside from their garlic Parmesan, The Trolley also makes the best buffalo wing sauce as well. No matter the level of hotness– mild, medium, hot, or lava hot– the recipe used in making those flavors easily tops any other place’s recipes for buffalo sauce. Even though I love their garlic Parmesan, I just can’t get enough of their mild flavor as well. When I order wings, I usually order garlic Parmesan and mild, and after eating the mild, I tend to wish I had more, which is saying a lot because their garlic Parmesan flavor is truthfully fantastic.
Generally speaking, it’s like Christmas again for the South Hills, hearing that The Trolley Stop Inn has committed to all you can eat wings. And how appropriate for a deal such as this, to start up on Super Bowl Sunday, for wings are the most commonly eaten food every year during the Super Bowl. For those people who haven’t been blessed in having the pleasure to gorge oneself in these delicious wings, I highly advise anyone that likes wings to go this Sunday over any other day.
I, myself, Gino Johnson, will indeed, without question nor hesitation, be there on Sunday promptly at 1:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, with fellow Hawk Eye member, Tyler Thomas, as we plan to indulge ourselves with wings upon wings for multiple hours on end as we watch the Super Bowl.
Don’t be shy! Stop in, for The Trolley welcomes any and all!
