But in the end, the Black Hawks secured the 2-1 victory to plow their way to the WPIAL semi-final.
When asked about the game, senior Evan Chichwak said, “I’m so proud of this team and I’m confident we can beat any team we face.”
The job isn’t yet complete for the Black Hawks because, on Monday, Oct. 28, they meet the 22-0 No. 1-seed Moon Tigers in the WPIAL semi-final.
The game will be played at 8 p.m. at Keystone Oaks High School (Dormont Stadium).
The question on everyone’s mind: Will the Black Hawks be the first and only blemish in Moon’s perfect record?
