After an impressive regular season, which included a perfect 11-0 record and a section title, the girls tennis team has earned the No. 1 seed in the WPIAL 3-A team tournament.

At the top of the bracket, the girls are slated to play host to Norwin on Monday, Oct. 9 at 3 p.m in the first round.

Should the girls win, they advance to the quarterfinals where they will meet the winner of No. 8 Penn Trafford or No. 9 Upper St. Clair on Wednesday at a time and location to be determined.

As they begin this historic run, the talented team will lean on the rackets of Cami Fisher, Lily Sierka, Emma Smith, and Katie Peterson who recently competed in the WPIAL doubles tournament. Fisher and Sierka just won the school’s first-ever WPIAL 3-A title in doubles.
