Indoor track team takes training to next level
The indoor track team has been putting in a lot of work behind the scenes.
In this Monster Workout, the team does multiple sets of 15 reps each of push-ups, V-ups, squats, and fire hydrants followed by a run consisting of a lap around the track and steps.
After the workout, some members of the team venture to the weight room where they do a PT Pyramid Workout, which includes multiple sets of pull-ups, push-ups, dips, and sit-ups.
