Less than three weeks ago, James Harrison retired as a Pittsburgh Steeler, and now he is back on the gridiron after signing a new deal with Pittsburgh to return for one more season.

After devastating injuries to linebackers Jarvis Jones and Ryan Shazier, the Steelers were in dire need of someone to fill the void left, and they filled it with 5-time pro bowler James Harrison.

Harrison first broke the news to the public via his personal Instagram account, which showed him signing the contract.

The news was later then confirmed by the Steelers and then they said, he would take back his #92 from rookie NT Daniel McCullers.

Last season, he was a member of the Cincinnati Bengals and had a very non-James Harrison type year as he collected only 16 tackles and 2 sacks.

Harrison says he is about three weeks away from being in game shape.

Harrison is 2nd all-time in career sacks as a Steeler with 64, which is 13 behind former Steeler LB Jason Gilden (77).
