Training since November, the BP Girl’s Lacrosse team has a reason to be proud about their overall season.
Starting with a tournament all the way back in November, the team showed how well they can all work together. From the hard work at open-gym conditionings to the hard work on the field, the team has made it possible to show how good they are at improving.
This year, BPGLAX went 8-9.
Coach Becky Luzier led the team with positive motivation to never give up. She also inspired the team to always give their extra 10%.
The team made it to the first round of playoffs and won against North Hills. They won 11-10 against the Indians who have won WPIALs for the past two years.
BPGLAX lost in the second round to Shaler, ending their season.
Overall, the season was sucessful. The hardwork and motivation helped the team throughout the season.
