The Music Department is Disney-bound for their Spring Trip 2025! With that being said, there’s a lot of preparation that is required for students to attend this trip! 

Here are some important dates:

• Hotel sign-ups are out! They close on Friday, Jan. 17! Don’t forget to sign up for a room! 
• There is a paperwork meeting for everyone on Tuesday, Jan. 14 at 7 p.m. (The paperwork from the meeting is due on Monday, Feb. 24! )
• Hoagie Sale #3 is on Saturday, Jan. 18! (Halfway through all of our sales!) 
• Hoagie Sale #4 is on Saturday, March 1! (Almost done with our sales!)
• Hoagie Sale #5 is on Saturday, April 5! (Last sale!)
• On Tuesday, April 15, there is another meeting for the trip at 7 p.m.! Right before this meeting is the yearly Showcase of Excellence. 

The Music Department will depart for Disney on May 1 and return back to Bethel Park on May 5! 

This will be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for most students. The Marching Band will march down Main Street, students will participate in different workshops, and each day that entire group will travel to a different park. 

This trip is quickly approaching and while everyone is excited there is still lots to do!
