The Bean and Berry is back in business!
Have you ever been at school in the early morning hours and wanted a snack or a coffee to wake you up?
Well don’t fret, the school store is having its grand reopening this Wednesday, Sept. 29!
The school store the Bean and Berry was closed all of the 2020-2021 school year due to COVID-19 but will be reopening after over a year with some new safety regulations in place.
To kick off the year, the store will be open during Periods 1-4 in the concession stand in the cafeteria.
Mrs. Smoller’s Marketing Students and Mrs. Hernandez’s Work Based Learning Center Students will be working the store throughout the day.
Items on the menu include hot coffee, iced coffee, flavored lemonade, and snacks (Little Bites, Pop-Tarts, Cheez-Its, Goldfish Crackers).
The different flavors of iced coffee for the fall will be caramel, vanilla, mocha, and pumpkin spice.
The different varieties of lemonade flavors include blue raspberry, strawberry, peach, and mango.
In the future, they hope to put online orders and delivery services in place for students to order from the store more simply and quickly.
The Bean and Berry also hopes to partner with local coffee vendors in the community.
