Kennywood Tickets on sale April 29
Bethel Park Kennywood Day is Friday, June 5! Starting on Wednesday, April 29, students will be able to purchase tickets for only $26 each. Only cash or money orders will be accepted for tickets.
The times for ticket sales at each school in the district are as follows:
- Independence Middle School – 8:15 to 8:45 a.m.
- Lincoln Elementary School – 9:30 to 10 a.m.
- Memorial Elementary School – 9:30 to 10 a.m.
- Washington Elementary School – 9:30 to 10 a.m.
- Franklin Elementary School – 10:30 to 11 a.m.
- Penn Elementary School – 10:30 to 11 a.m.
- Neil Armstrong Middle School – 11 to 11:30 a.m.
- Bethel Park High School – 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Tickets are also available online as well at www.kennywood.com/bethel, but there will be an additional fee added for processing. If you aren’t able to buy a ticket during ticket sales, tickets are always available at the entrance to the park, or at Giant Eagle for a discounted rate.
Senior Kaitlyn Ellsworth said, “Kennywood is a great place to go to kick off the summer! I love to go with my friends, eat the food, and ride rides!”
Lastly, if you purchase a ticket and can’t make it on Kennywood day, you’re still able to use your ticket all throughout the summer. Unfortunately, if you use your ticket on the weekend, you’ll have to pay an additional $10 at the gate.
