Parents urged to follow traffic rules in dropping off students
Parents who drop off students in the morning or pick them up in the afternoon are urged to review and follow the traffic rules of BPHS.
There are two spots on campus where students should be dropped off. For students coming from Church Road, the drop off is Perkey field. For students coming from Broad Street, the drop off is the athletic entrance. The main entrance can be used as a drop off point for students with disabilities.
The traffic is being controlled by the guards. There are no currents plans to utilize the parking gates.
According to Officer Modrak, traffic can be lightened in the morning by having more kids ride the bus and less kids driving. Also, knowing the times of drop off and adjusting your travel plans accordingly can help lighten traffic.
