Police Pals basketball game to take place on March 6
The annual Police Pals basketball game versus the Pittsburgh Steelers is quickly approaching. It will be this Friday, March 6 at 8 p.m. in the high school gym. Pregame events will start at 6 p.m.
Tickets are being sold at Evey Hardware, Eat ‘n’ Park on Library Road, and the Bethel Park Police Records Room for $7 up until 4 p.m. on the day of the game. At the door, tickets are $9. At the game, there will be a concession stand with hotdogs, pizza, and Lenten specials.
Many prizes will be up for grabs for those who go to the game. Raffle tickets for a 65″ TV, and a Steelers prize basket will be up for sale. There will also be a 50/50 raffle.
Proceeds from the game will benefit the Sgt. Charles Bonczek/Bethel Park Police College Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships to students involved in the Law Enforcement Apprenticeship Program.
This is a great event to bring your whole family to, so make sure to attend this Friday at 8 p.m!
