How to heal a headache
The first step to getting rid of those head pains is to find out what type of headache it is. There are tension headaches, migraines and sinus headaches.
Tension headaches have mild to moderate pain.
Migraines are intense headaches where feelings such as throbbing can occur. Migraines last longer than a tension headache and usually have symptoms along with. Symptoms could be an upset stomach or having nausea.
Sinus headaches have a deep pain in your head when your sinuses are inflamed. Stress is a major key of getting headaches.
Now that you know what type of headache it is, the second step is to treat the headache.
TENSION HEADACHES: Place a heating pad on the back of your head or neck.
MIGRAINES: Place and ice pack on your forehead or something cold for around fifteen minutes.
SINUS HEADACHES: Take a warm shower or put a heating pad where it hurts.
Some other ways of trying to get rid of headaches are: Taking your hair down, taking a nap, staying out of the light.
