Staff Writer Tessa Helfer asked students and faculty members what they think we should do in order to keep the tigers safe. There are currently fewer than 3,200 tigers left. This decrease in population is due to poachers illegally hunting the tigers for the use of their fur, bones, whiskers, and other body parts that are sold on the black market for profit.
