Fantastically Fabulous Feature: Darcy Popoleo’s hair measures exactly 64 inches
This week’s “Fantastically Fabulous Feature” is junior Darcy Popoleo’s hair.
Have you ever seen how long and healthy Miss Popoleo’s hair is? Since eighth grade, Darcy Popoleo has always had hair that was already pushing the limit of what “long hair” can actually be defined as.
Her hair measures exactly 64 inches long, starting from her scalp, and ending at the tips. That’s crazy!
The winner herself, of the “Fantastically Fabulous Feature” award, Miss Darcy Popoleo, is here to give all of you her beauty secrets for all the girls and boys out there struggling with constant messy and out-of-control hair.
When asked how many times she has dyed her hair, Darcy said, “I actually never have before. This is my natural hair color.”
“I don’t believe in dying your hair. It damages it and leaves the roots dry and damaged.”
That must be why her hair looks so healthy!
As you can see, Darcy’s hair is a very light strawberry blonde color.
What exact product does Miss Popoleo use to keep her fabulous, natural-looking hair? “I use Herbal Essence Hydrating shampoo and conditioner every morning,” she said.
Her [Darcy’s] natural hair is pin straight and says she occasionally uses heat on her hair, but tries her best not to.
“I keep my hair down all the time,” she added.
“As a young child growing up, I honestly could not ever remember having short hair. I guess my hair was always on the longer side.”
When we asked if she was planning on cutting her hair in the future, especially before college, Darcy commented, “I sure hope not! Not that I have planned.”
You can find, Herbal Essence Hydrating shampoo and conditioner in your local Walmart or Giant Eagle nearby.
