With no sports currently happening, I thought it would be a great time to go back to the past and relive some of college football’s greatest games of the past decade.

10. 2010 Alabama vs. Auburn

With a spot in the National Championship on the line, Heisman trophy winner Cam Newton led Auburn back from a 24-0 deficit on the road in Tuscaloosa. Auburn would go undefeated and win the National Championship.

9. 2016 Big Ten Championship: Wisconsin vs. Penn State

Wisconsin took a huge lead early up 28-7 in the first half but slowly lost it as Penn State stormed back to win the game 38-31. Penn State capped off their Cinderella story as they started the season out 2-2.

8. 2014 Baylor vs. TCU

One of the highest-scoring games in college football history came down to the very end. Both top ten teams were fighting for a playoff spot. Baylor sealed it kicking a last-second field goal for the 61-58 win.

7. 2014 BCS National Championship: Florida State vs. Auburn

Auburn had reached the national title game with a few miracles, but luck would eventually run out. The game was back and forth late with Florida State getting the edge from a Jameis Winston touchdown pass to cap off his Heisman-winning season.

6. 2016 Ohio State vs Michigan

One of college football’s greatest rivalries had a thrilling finish. Ohio State would convert on a controversial fourth down and walk the game off with a touchdown in OT winning 30-27.

5. 2017 Rose Bowl: Penn State vs USC

Two of the best offenses in college football that season put on a show. Many tricky and insane touchdowns were scored with USC sealing the deal with a game-winning field goal winning 52-49

4. 2018 College Football National Championship: Georgia vs. Alabama

True freshman Tua Tagovailoa was put into his first collegiate game at halftime in the national title game. He started out slow but won the game on a 41-yard touchdown pass in OT to become a legend.

3. 2017 College Football National Championship: Clemson vs. Alabama

Clemson would get revenge from losing the national title game the year before. Deshaun Watson throws a touchdown pass to Hunter Reinfrow to win it with two seconds left in the game.

2. 2018 Rose Bowl: Oklahoma vs. Georgia

Oklahoma and Georgia were fighting for their first college football national championship appearance as they put up 108 total points making it the highest-scoring rose bowl game ever. Sony Michelle wins the game with a walk-off touchdown to end the double OT thriller 54-48.

1. 2013 Alabama vs. Auburn

To add to the greatest rivalry in college football, Chris Davis makes himself a hero by returning a last second missed field goal the other way stunning Alabama and the entire world 34-28.
