At 41 years old, Tom Brady won another Super Bowl. The New England Patriots defeated the Los Angeles Rams, 13-3, in Atlanta on Sunday.

The game started off quick with the Rams intercepting Brady on the first drive of the game, exciting the fans. Following that, it was very slow and quiet. Multiple punts and a missed field goal kept the game scoreless at the end of the first quarter. The Patriots would kick a field goal in the 2nd quarter, but it was mainly defense until the half.

The second half started off much the same. There were four punts until the Rams kicked a field goal late in the 3rd quarter to tie the game. Brady led the Patriots down for a touchdown in the 4th quarter to give them a 10-3 lead. After that, the Rams could not recover. Rams quarterback threw an interception late in the quarter to demoralize them. The Patriots would kick a field goal and basically lock up the win. Following a Rams’ missed field goal in the closing seconds, Brady took the field, took a knee and killed the clock.

The Patriots defeated the Rams, 13-3. This is the Brady and the Patriots’ 6th Super Bowl win in the last 18 years. They now tie the Pittsburgh Steelers for most Super Bowl wins of all-time at six. Wide receiver Julian Edelman won Super Bowl MVP with ten receptions for 141 yards. Following the Super Bowl, there will be no more football until September.
