The second annual Joey Fabus Memorial Classic will occur on Saturday, Jan. 26.

All the proceeds that the girls basketball team makes go to the Joey Fabus Foundation.

Last year was a huge success. The Lady Hawks donated $4,000 to the Joey Fabus Foundation. This year, they will be adding JV teams to the mix. There were a total of 10 varsity teams competing in last year’s event. This is a great event to come support for a great foundation.

Saturday’s varsity schedule is as follows:

• 12 noon– Carlynton vs. Brashear
• 2 p.m.–Upper Saint Clair vs. North Catholic
• 4 p.m.–Peters Twp. vs. Seneca Valley
• 6 p.m.–Bethel Park vs. West Allegheny

Saturday’s JV schedule is a follows:

• 12 noon– Upper Saint Clair vs. North Catholic
• 2 p.m. Peters Twp vs. Seneca Valley
• 4 p.m. Bethel Park vs. West Allegheny

Admission is $7 for adults and $3 for students. There will be a concession stand at the entrance. Come out and show your support for the Joey Fabus Foundation.
