BPHS to get in Halloween spirit
Halloween is almost upon us and these upcoming weeks have some “spooky” things in store. Here are some of the things that are happening.
The first ever Ghoul Fest Dance is Saturday, Oct. 27 from 7:30 p.m. till 10:30 p.m. in the cafeteria.
The week of Monday, Oct. 29 through Friday, Nov. 2 will be a Halloween Spirit Week. Here are the spirit days:
- Monday, October 29th: Cozy Clothes
- Tuesday, October 30th: “Yinzer” Day (Wear your Pittsburgh gear.)
- Wednesday, October 31st (Halloween): Costumes or Black and Orange
- Thursday, November 1st: Crazy Socks and Sandals
- Friday, November 2nd: Flannel Friday
A door decorating contest for Halloween is also happening and being judged by SGA on Oct. 29. Get your homerooms to decorate your door!
On Halloween, there will also be a costume contest taking place, and make sure you get your picture taken for the yearbook if you have a fun costume.
People will be looking for the best costume, so come prepared. SGA will be giving out candy that day too and you can possibly go Trick-or-Treating for more candy as well!
It’s “spooky szn,” so… get excited!
