Will there be snow this Christmas?
I think everyone in the Pittsburgh area can easily agree that the recent weather we’ve been having is extremely spasmodic and makes absolutely no sense. Therefore, even tomorrow’s weather is deemed to be unpredictable, no matter what the forecasts or meteorologists may say.
Will we have sunny rays or snow fall on Christmas? How about a hail or rain storm? What do you think?
Last week, we experienced some extreme weather conditions in a short amount of time: from peaceful snowfall to violent hail storms within hours. These off-the-radar weather patterns make it hard for people to predict or even believe the predictions about whether we will or will not have snowfall this Christmas.
The Weather Channel predicts a potential snowstorm but most likely just rainfall if temperatures do not drop soon since the estimated temperatures for Christmas Eve are between 45-50 degrees Fahrenheit.
Make sure to stay tuned in to your local weather channels, and if temperatures do plummet and Bethel Park does receive a snow or ice storm, make sure to stay off the roads as long as possible until the roads clear up.
In the meantime, spend time with your family, friends, and loved ones this holiday season.
Happy holidays!
