The boys varsity soccer team defeated Kiski Area 3-2 in its first round playoff game on Monday, Oct. 21.  After a tied regulation and two 15-minute overtime periods, the game went to a penalty kick shoot-out.  Each team exhausted nearly ten kickers. Junior Nick Schindehette scored the winning goal and senior goalie Quentin Keibler saved the game-winning shot. The team plays Central Catholic in the WPIAL Quarterfinals at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24 at Baldwin High School.
