On May 1st, the Spencer Family YMCA will officially open.
The former Blade Runners Ice Rink has been under construction since August. The costs of the renovations were $12 million.
The first half of the building will contain an ice rink with locker rooms. The second half of the building will contain two pools and a gym. The second floor will contain three exercise studios and a meeting room.
The YMCA started selling memberships on March 1.
